Mr. Brian Hickman
Hello and welcome to Hartsville Middle School! My name is Brian Hickman and I am the Hartsville Middle School Principal.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree
in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University in 2002. I then
entered the teaching profession and taught math and science at
Brockington Elementary Magnet school.
In 2007, I took an administrative
position at Hartsville Middle School. I received my Master of Education
in School Administration degree from Cambridge College in 2008. I became
the HMS principal in July of 2015.

with us and I can assure you that their success in education is my
